3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Types

• Homeowner Accounts: For individuals seeking home services
• Trustee Accounts: For businesses providing home services
• Admin Accounts: For platform administrators

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Provide false information
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse other users or the platform

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Submit fraudulent Trust Checks or reviews
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Attempt to manipulate Trust Scores
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content
• Interfere with platform operations

5. Trust Checks and Reviews

5.1 Submission Guidelines

When submitting Trust Checks, you represent that:

• You have actually hired or used the service provider
• Your feedback is honest and accurate
• You have no conflict of interest with the provider

5.2 Trustee Responses

Service providers may respond to Trust Checks. Responses must be:

• Professional and respectful
• Truthful and not misleading
• Free of personal attacks

5.3 Removal of Content

We may remove Trust Checks or responses that:

• Violate these Terms
• Are fraudulent or misleading
• Contain inappropriate content
• Are disputed and found to be false

6. Business Claims

6.1 Claiming a Business

To claim a business profile, you must verify ownership through:

• Phone verification
• Email verification
• Document verification

6.2 Disputes

If you believe someone has fraudulently claimed your business:

• Submit a dispute with supporting documentation
• We will review within 5 business days
• The rightful owner will be granted control

7. Subscription Services

7.1 Paid Plans

Trustees may subscribe to paid plans for additional features. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees
• Authorize recurring billing
• Accept our refund policy

7.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

• Loss of profits or data
• Any claims arising from your use of service providers
• Any disputes between users and service providers

11. Indemnification

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Kentucky.
